Refund Policy
1. Consultation Fees
All consultation fees once paid are non-refundable. We encourage patients to ensure their
availability and preparedness before confirming an appointment.
2. Treatment Packages
If you have purchased a treatment package and wish to discontinue midway due to valid medical or personal
reasons, the refund (if any) will be at the sole discretion of the clinic management. In such
cases, only the unused portion of the service may be considered for a partial refund, subject
to the following:
- A written request must be submitted within 7 days of the last appointment.
- Any expenses incurred for diagnostics, medications, or administrative fees will be
deducted.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days upon
approval.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Appointments can be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled time.
- If you miss your appointment or cancel it late, the consultation fee will be forfeited.
4. Mode of Refund
Approved refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment only. No cash refunds are
issued under any circumstances.
